The Trust Services Department is designed to meet the changing needs throughout the life cycle, it not only provides useful financial, estate and gift planning information, but also assists family in arranging guardianship for minor children and care for other needy family members. By placing these services in the context of Seventh-day Adventist beliefs–and making them available to all regardless of income–Trust Services provides a unique opportunity for our church families to achieve their personal, financial and spiritual objectives. Through the years, we have been privileged to assist our members in the preparation of thousands of documents through well-qualified and experienced attorneys. These documents include:

  • Wills
  • Charitable Trusts
  • Family Trusts
  • Health Care Directives and Power of Attorney for Finances
  • Charitable Gift Annuities
  • Other Estate Planning Documents

Our constituents’ participation in the Trust Services Program has made a remarkable contribution to the Lord’s work around the world. From direct donations and maturities through Wills, Trusts, and Charitable Gift Annuities, distributions have been made to local churches, schools, the general work of our conference and other Seventh-day Adventist entities.
